Our terms

  • Booking Confirmation

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm and secure your booking. The company accepts payments, either by credit/debit cards or by bank transfer (contact us for more information)

  • Complete Payment
  1. The remaining balance is payable upon check in, by cash or via credit/debit card.
  2. ​We accept payments only in euro.

Creta Nova villas will never charge you with any kind of additional fees.The prices include all legal taxes/VAT, based on Greek legislation.

  • Cancelation Policy
  1. If the reservation is cancelled up to 16 weeks prior your arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
  2. If the reservation is cancelled up to 16 – 8 weeks prior check-in, you will be charged with a 20% cancellation fee.
  3. If the reservation is cancelled up to 8 – 4 weeks prior you check-in, a 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  4. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, you will not get a refund.

 

  • Arrival – Departure
  1. Check-in is after 15:30 and check-out is before 10:30 a.m. (local time)
  2. A member of our team will welcome you upon your check-in to give you the keys and to answer all your questions.

 

Guest’s obligations-Accommodation rules​

  1. You are held responsible for any damage to any part of the property during your stay.
  2. You are responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while at the property.
  3. This is a family-friendly destination where we prioritize peaceful and quiet holidays, so any kind of event, such as parties, is only permitted with prior agreement from the villa owners.
  4. Loud music through equipment (such as sound systems, Bluetooth speakers, etc.) that increases the volume is prohibited.
  5. Quiet hours based on Greek legislation:

    -During the summer period (April 1st to September 30th) from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00.

    -During the winter period (October 1st to March 31st) from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30.

  6. ACCORDING TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT’S GUIDELINES, BBQ USAGE IS PROHIBITED ON DAYS OF HIGH FIRE RISK DUE TO SERIOUS FIRE HAZARD. NOTIFICATIONS WILL BE SENT VIA MESSAGE ON SUCH DAYS.
  7. The use of flammable materials that endanger the properties is prohibited.
  8. Children swim under the supervision of their parents/guardians. There is no lifeguard at the accommodation.
  9. Please adhere to the safety rules indicated by the posted signs when using the pool. Diving from the pool sides is not permitted, and running dives are strictly prohibited.
