- The remaining balance is payable upon check in, by cash or via credit/debit card.
- We accept payments only in euro.
Creta Nova villas will never charge you with any kind of additional fees.The prices include all legal taxes/VAT, based on Greek legislation.
- If the reservation is cancelled up to 16 weeks prior your arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
- If the reservation is cancelled up to 16 – 8 weeks prior check-in, you will be charged with a 20% cancellation fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled up to 8 – 4 weeks prior you check-in, a 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, you will not get a refund.
- Check-in is after 15:30 and check-out is before 10:30 a.m. (local time)
- A member of our team will welcome you upon your check-in to give you the keys and to answer all your questions.
- You are responsible for any damage to any part of the property during your stay.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings while at the property.
